Poster and Presentation guidelines
ePoster on display
1. Prepare the ePoster

2. Prepare the presentation
| Presentation file type: | PPTX/PPT |
| Orientation: | max 5 slides, landscape orientation |
| Template: | There is not any PowerPoint template, so you can use your own blank template. It is not needed to include the logo of ESSO to your presentation because it will be preset by our IT team on the screen. |
Oral Presentation
Oral presentations should be always accompanied by PowerPoint presentations. Speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics, etc.). All presentations have to be delivered in English.
Please prepare your presentation using an up-to-date version of Microsoft PowerPoint, only PPTX format is allowed. The screens’ aspect ratio will be 16:9. Please note that Apple Keynote and Prezi presentations are not supported. Keynote presentations can be saved as PPTX, Prezi will need to be converted to PDF.
You can access the ESSO 44 PowerPoint template here.
However, it is not needed as the logo of ESSO will be included in your presentation because it will be preset by our IT team on the screen.
